By accessing the game, commanding your fleet, participating in alliances, or using any connected features, you agree to uphold the protections and responsibilities set forth here. Our mission is to ensure that every player can enjoy a fair, secure, and immersive Star Trek™ experience.

We collect and process only the information required to operate the game, maintain account security, and enhance the player experience. This may include account identifiers, display names, device and connection details, gameplay activity such as mission completions, resource gathering, ship upgrades, combat logs, and alliance interactions. All data is stored securely, with access restricted to authorized personnel, and is never sold to third parties.

Your account security is a shared responsibility. We recommend creating a strong, unique password and enabling additional verification options if available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for all actions taken on your account. Unauthorized account sharing, selling, or trading is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

Fair play is the Prime Directive of Star Trek™ Fleet Command. Any use of bots, macros, scripts, modified clients, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage is strictly forbidden. We employ automated detection systems, manual reviews, and server-side validation to identify and respond to abnormal gameplay, resource manipulation, or exploit abuse. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, leaderboard removal, and confiscation of illicit resources or items.

The in-game economy—including resources, ship components, research materials, and event rewards—is carefully monitored to maintain balance across the galaxy. Exploiting bugs, duplicating items, bypassing timers, or manipulating prices in the player marketplace is prohibited. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is conducted.

Community conduct is essential to the health of the Fleet Command universe. All interactions—whether in galaxy chat, alliance chat, direct messages, or forums—must be respectful and constructive. Harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, impersonation of staff or players, or sharing of harmful content will result in disciplinary action, which may include chat restrictions, alliance removal, or account bans.

All game content—including starship models, characters, missions, storylines, user interface designs, music, and trademarks—are the property of the game developers and their licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the game client or assets is strictly prohibited. This includes attempts to intercept network traffic or alter game data for personal gain.

Competitive and event play must follow the rules set for each activity. Manipulating matchmaking, engaging in win-trading, sabotaging allied fleets, or otherwise undermining competitive integrity is not permitted. Event results obtained through dishonest means may be voided, and offenders may be disqualified from future events.

We encourage all Commanders to report violations, suspicious behavior, or technical issues through in-game reporting tools or official support channels. Clear and accurate information—including player names, timestamps, and evidence such as screenshots—helps us act quickly to maintain a safe and fair galaxy.

This Protection Policy may be updated to reflect new game features, changes in security measures, legal requirements, or evolving community needs. All updates will be communicated through official channels, and continued use of the game after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
