Terms of Service

Welcome to Star Trek™ Fleet Command (the “Game”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game, including all related websites, mobile applications, in-game systems, updates, content, and online features (collectively, the “Services”). By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

To use the Services, you must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction or obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent. By creating an account or engaging with the Game, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

The Game and all related content — including starships, crew members, factions, missions, artwork, music, source code, animations, stories, and trademarks — are owned or licensed by the operator and protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant any ownership rights in the Game or its content.

The Game may provide access to virtual currency, starships, crew members, upgrades, skins, and other in-game content (“Virtual Content”). Virtual Content is licensed, not sold, and has no real-world monetary value. Unless required by law, all purchases of Virtual Content are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove Virtual Content to maintain fair gameplay, economy balance, and operational stability.

You agree to abide by the following rules when using the Services:

• No cheating, hacking, automation, or unauthorized third-party software.
• No exploiting of bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics.
• No harassment, threats, discriminatory remarks, or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• No posting or sharing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• No selling, trading, or transferring of accounts or Virtual Content outside approved in-game systems.

Any material you create, upload, or share in the Game or related platforms (“User Content”) is your responsibility. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute it within the Services. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

The Game includes competitive events, alliance systems, territory control, and seasonal activities. Such features may have additional rules that you must follow. We reserve the right to reset progress, adjust rewards, or take enforcement actions to preserve fairness and game integrity.

We may update the Game regularly to introduce new missions, improve features, fix bugs, and balance gameplay. Some updates may be mandatory to continue using the Services. We may also temporarily suspend the Game for maintenance, technical issues, or operational needs.

By participating in alliances, player-versus-player battles, or cooperative missions, you acknowledge that gameplay may result in changes to your progress, resources, and standings. Strategic decisions and player actions may influence outcomes beyond our direct control.

Streaming, sharing gameplay footage, and creating fan content are generally permitted for non-commercial purposes, provided they comply with these Terms and do not include leaked or data-mined materials. We reserve the right to revoke such permissions at any time.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Game, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Game, operational requirements, or applicable laws. Continued use of the Services after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and the operator of Star Trek™ Fleet Command regarding your use of the Services.
